How To Make Hibiscus Tea For Lowering Blood Pressure

HIBISCUS TEA FOR LOWERING BLOOD PRESSURE

Benefits of Hibiscus Tea:

  1. It lowers blood pressure.

Requirements:

  • Hibiscus flowers
  • Boiled water
  • Beaker or cups
  • Stirrer
  • Lemon juice for flavor

Procedure:

  • Boil 8 ounces or 1 cup of water. Remove it from the burner and pour it into a cup.
  • Take 2 large-sized or 3 small-sized fresh flowers of hibiscus and remove the calyx (green part) and the reproductive part of the flower including stamens, pollen grains, etc. (or take 1-2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers if fresh flowers are not available).
  • Add these flower petals to the boiled water and steep it for 5-8 minutes.
  • Filter or strain it to remove the petals.
  • Add a few drops of lemon to add flavor.
