HIBISCUS TEA FOR LOWERING BLOOD PRESSURE

Requirements:
- Hibiscus flowers
- Boiled water
- Beaker or cups
- Stirrer
- Lemon juice for flavor
Procedure:
- Boil 8 ounces or 1 cup of water. Remove it from the burner and pour it into a cup.
- Take 2 large-sized or 3 small-sized fresh flowers of hibiscus and remove the calyx (green part) and the reproductive part of the flower including stamens, pollen grains, etc. (or take 1-2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers if fresh flowers are not available).
- Add these flower petals to the boiled water and steep it for 5-8 minutes.
- Filter or strain it to remove the petals.
- Add a few drops of lemon to add flavor.
